"Showed up as scheduled. Did a good job of drywall installation. Tape showed a few areas where mud did not fully embed tape and tape lines were visible in places. Texturing was a good match with existing texture, but some areas were left a bit rough or uneven without proper attention to cleanup. This required some homeowner scraping and touchup prior to priming for painting. Overall, a decent job was provided."

"They arrived on time and looked at the house without question. <br /> Their estimate came in at about twice as much ($8380) as estimates from two other drywall companies. <br /> Their representative did not bid a Level 4 finish but added a full putty coat over the bare drywall, which is not a part of a Level 4 finish per American Gypsum Association Level 4 standards.  Even excluding the putty coat their quotation would have been substantially more (at least 175%) other estimates. <br /> We opted for another drywall company who performed an exceptional job with a Level 4 finish for about half the cost. <br /> (and none of their employees were undocumented, so that was not the basis for their more competitive price) <br />"

"The Alexander Company did an excellent job with our window replacement. An easy company to do business with, everyone was cordial and professional. The installation crew was polite, professional, quick, and kept the installation site clean and safe. My only caution would be: plan well in advance; our project was three months from contract signing to window installation. There could be several reasons for this extended schedule: our order was a custom color, and California is in the middle of wildfires and a pandemic. All-in-all, we're very happy with the end result, and if we plan to replace another window or two, we'll certainly go to Alexander Company first."

"We had Guillermo come in on pretty short notice to patch a hole in our first floor ceiling caused by a water leak from our second floor. The ceiling was drywall screwed into the original lath and plaster above, and was a nasty mess after the water had soaked it. Guillermo did a fantastic job cutting away all the damaged drywall, installing a fresh panel, and smoothing everything over so well you couldn’t even tell there was damage. He also pulled out an attached shelf in a different room and patched that for painting, and touched up a few other spots so the paint job would be as good as it can be. He did fantastic work, was quick, kept everything clean, and was very reasonable. He also recommended a fantastic painter (Scott at Mastercraft Interiors). I would absolutely recommend Guillermo."
