I even asked him to take care of an additional stain in the bedroom that hadn’t been discussed ahead of time, and he happily agreed and handled it without any issue. My couch was purchased used and was extremely dirty with a noticeable odor, and now it looks fantastic! The carpet is good quality but older, and Ahmed was very thoughtful about using the right level of cleaning products without being too harsh. He asked if he could try again to clean the rug, and he personally came and picked it up and re-cleaned it. It looks better, and I am very impressed by the service."

"The results were excellent. When I discovered what my 2 year old had done, I called (Sat afternoon) and they told me to seal off the area. They came on Monday morning and got all the stains out. More importantly, a couple of weeks later my dog vomited all over the recently cleaned hallway carpet. I called and they (much to my amazement) did the job for free. Normally it is a $180 minimum fee to come out but because I had just used them, the owner felt bad and would not charge me despite me writing him a check. Now that is what I call customer service!! There are other cheaper services out there but I'm not sure they would have been as good (or environmentally friendly) as I have infants that crawl all over the carpets and didn't want to take any chances."
