"I had a problem with lights not working. I discovered a GFI outlet went bad. I replaced the outlet and still had a problem. I called Ron and explained my situation. He discussed possible issues that may be causing the problem. He didn't have his appointment book accessible because he was driving. He said he would call back. Before he hung up he told me to double check the GFI connection making sure the proper wires were connected to the proper screws.
