"Edwin and his staff at Cortez Roofing were very professional. They responded in a timely manner to our questions and requests for details regarding our re-roofing and gutter replacement. The work was started and finished on time and on budget. The work site was kept organized and was cleaned up at completion. We would definitely recommend Cortez Roofing to others."

"Dylan @ Bulldog Roofing handled all our needs with a very large metal roof for our warehouse. From day 1 to completion day we had constant communication with any/all needs for logistics as well as any questions regarding the project or navigating through the red tape of property insurance claim. We would highly recommend Bulldog Roofing to any of our family, friends or customers in the future!"

"We had shingles, soffit, and drain pipes installed. I feel we were quoted a fair price. The workers were here exactly when scheduled. The work was well done. All areas were cleaned up when they left. I had a feature I wanted to repaint before I had it installed on my front porch. The workers came back when I called and did a terrifc job of reattaching the trellis."

"They do not do repairs only new siding."

"Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, reliable, and did outstanding work on roof. Cole went above and beyond communicating with me and my insurance company. The finished result exceeded my expectations. The crew worked hard, kept the my yard clean, and treated my property with respect. They were also extremely quick and efficient. The crew also took a liking to my chickens ! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality roofing , siding etc."

"Excellent eye for detail and craftsmanship. These guys saved my wood soffits when I though I needed to replace them. They sanded them down/painted and even added vents that were not there. The price was very good for doing the house and the garage and even installing gutter leaf guards . I would recommend Mark and his brother for any gutter project. Very pleased."

"The workers doing our siding and deck did a great job. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. There were a couple of minor issues with the siding and Safety First was quick to respond and rectify the issues. I did change my mind on a couple of deck issues -- while we are very happy with the workmanship and with the attentiveness of Safety First, I would caution anyone who needs assistance in choosing options while making decisions, to do some homework before hiring any contractor. Make sure everyone is on the same page before construction begins. There are some communication issues that could be improved but based on the workmanship, we are happy. We have had several people stop and tell us how nice and fantastic the deck looks and how much the siding has changed our home. We are still waiting for completion of our siding due to the deck addition, and one handrail needing to be added to the deck - both should be completed by end of next week."
