"The initial contact, inspection appointment amd actual roof repair went well. However, this was over a month ago - I have spent this time (since the initial repair) trying to get in touch with them & having someone come out to reinspect the repairs as we feel some parts are questionable. It would probably be easier to get God out here to do it. "Eugene and team did a great job — it was quality work at a fair price. Due to hurricane Milton the insurance company took a very long time to complete its water damage investigation from the storm. Ultimately insurance denied the claim, leaving my mother with serious roof and interior damage. Eugene was patient in answering my flat roof questions; this helped us make the decision to repair the roof rather than replace it entirely. He also hung in while we dealt with the insurance company (for several months.) This project was complicated by the fact that I live out-of-state and had to handle it remotely. After the outside roof work was complete, the interior team restored my mother’s bedroom to a safe condition just in time for Christmas. They cleaned up, pointed out some other wall damage (for future!), helped me remove a water-damaged dresser, and made the ceiling look almost like new. Truly went above and beyond. When we are ready to fully replace the roof, Rooftop Tech will be our first call. Eugene was a pleasure to work with."
