Gigi scheduled the appointment and Kevin arrived exactly on time. Wow! The other appointments were not as considerate. Kevin walked the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was clear and to the point. There was no doubt on what I should expect. Then the surprise: No money due until the job was done right. Again, wow. The others all wanted money up front and were a vague on the whole process. From the moment I signed, things went right. Gigi or someone else from the office texted me every Friday to let me know how things were going. Estimate processed. Permit pulled. Plans submitted. Supplies ready for delivery. Start date. But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J&K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours.
