"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. "Nathan does tremendous work, at a fair price, and in a timely manner. We had a section of our exterior rot out under our siding and he made the necessary repairs with a quick turn around, and also took steps to mitigate the risk of this issue occuring again. We would recommend Nathan to our friends and family any day."

"Edie and his crew were easy to work with and reasonably priced. His work in rebuilding our porch and back deck were excellent with helpful suggestions in design. We liked his work so much that we continued working with him to build a stone patio attached to the deck and re-do our front yard retaining wall."

"The first thing George did when he assessed my needs was to explain how I could save significant money. Whereas I thought I needed both a new main door and a new storm door, he explained how I could repair my main door cost-effectively. That tip saved me at least $500 - $750. I purchased the storm door on my own, and he then installed it. The door is in an awkward location on my house, which made for a very difficult removal of the old door and frame and equally challenging installation of the new door. He had to build out the frame a bit, and he also primed and painted the brick mold to account for the difference in the way the new door frame fit.
During the installation process, George discovered that the doorbell would no longer fit in its original location. It was very old, rusted, and cracked. It therefore didn't survive being removed. He went out and purchased a new one and installed it in a new location. It looks great.
When all was said and done, the new door looked as if it had always been there. There were no gaps, marks, or signs of a previous door. Also, George cleaned everything up and took away the old door and all of the packaging for the new one.
I would recommend hiring George for your home improvement project.
