"Michael was quick to respond, was able to assess the issue, propose a solution and do the work on the spot. Fair pricing, good work. He and his partner installed a new external hose bibb in a difficult to access spot. They had to pull up carpet and cut into the sub-flooring to access the 12 inch clearing to remove broken pipe pieces from the inside, but they did a great job and put everything back the way it was. "Bob and Joey, from Total Mechanical Systems, had to come out to our home, 2 days in a row, to help us with a severe basement flooding situation. Bob and Joey responded to our first EMERGENCY call on 3/1/18, when we found out that our saturated and clogged drainage system had failed.
