"It took a very long time for me to get the estimate - possibly the email got lost, but I didn't receive the estimate until quite some time had passed. Once I had the estimate and gave the go-ahead to do the work, it all went very smoothly. I like that he was OK using email for most communications as I find it much more convenient.

"It was excellent. They didn't charge us more than the big deal purchase. They come when they said they're going to come. They did exactly what they said they're going to do. We had some remodeling done for some old sink and some old TV . Those were the items that we couldn't find anybody to take. It also included an old dispenser and an old microwave. My husband put it all together because that's just the way he is. I don't think that they required that. He just put in on together so that it would be easy for them to get too. I would use them again. We came slightly frustrated because we had  a slight difficulty in contacting the people. There was an issue going on. We called them several times and we had to email them. That's where we got a response."
