"The work done by Basile is excellent, starting with their prompt reply to my email asking for a bid.  Jim came out and we walked around the yard to discuss what I had in mind.  He had a proposal back to me within about a week (there was a weekend and a holiday during that time).  After I signed the contract, I was put on the schedule to have the job done. <br /> The first day of the job, Jim came out with Mario and they removed the existing plants.  Later that morning, Matt arrived and he and Mario began excavating and building the stone retaining wall/planter bed.  Over the course of 2 days, they completed the bed, and prepared a portion of the lawn for to be sodded.  Both Matt and Mario worked steadily and were happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing.  On the final 2 days, they were joined by another worker who helped them with the spreading mulch, distributing the new soil for the lawn and tilling it, then laying the sod and doing the planting. <br /> When they left each day, tools were put neatly away and materials were stacked out of my way.  At the end of the project, everything was neatly finished.  The only sign I'd had anyone working was the beautiful planter, new lawn and plants and the mulch neatly placed.  Matt even hooked up my sprinkler, ready to go for the next watering! <br />"
