To make matters more complex, under the porch is a storage room. So not only was the foundation a problem, work had to be done for a porch that doubled as a ceiling. One person we got an estimate from flat-out stated this was too complex a job for them. Tom assessed the situation immediately, and the plan he returned in the estimate worked perfectly."
