"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."
