I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

The oven was not really cleaned well and the Inside oven door was left untouched. Stove top not well wiped. Windows were “done” but smeary and not well done.
