They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"Melvin and his staff were great. Melvin responded quickly, showed up on time and offered good advice. Melvin put in a new backsplash in my kitchen and repaired existing damaged tiles on my floors. Marco installed new laminate flooring and did a great job. They were great, cleaned up, and hauled away the debris. I have already recommended them to others. They got rid of my previous vendors horrible work and installed new laminate flooring and replaced damaged tiles. Now my flooring no longer squeaks, tiles aren't cracking anymore and grout is not coming out! Wish I would have hired them when I first did this Reno 2 years ago!! Thanks!!"

"Mistakenly placed holes in your wall? Well Fredy is your guy!!! He made seamless repairs to my ceiling and two small holes behind my bathroom door. You literally cannot tell there were once holes there. Fredy’s communication was excellent. He responded to my messages in a timely fashion. He offered his time to discuss any concerns of mines. Throughout the process he was very neat and organized. He used protective plastic for my floors, and art pieces on the wall. He finished up by tidying up leaving not one spec of dust. I look forward to working with Fredy on future projects."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
