"Mauricio and team were fantastic! Excellent craftmanship and attention to detail. They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. Many floor companies needed to hire others to complete the carpentry, etc. 3M even worked over the holiday to get the work done ASAP! I will definitely hire again and highly recommend!"

"Premier Carpet is a great source for flooring. I purchased a high quality hardwood floor product from Premier Carpet at a terrific price and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll be installing upstairs flooring in the near future and I know that I will go with Premier Carpet for great service and pricing."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"The rioza team completely transformed our home... The quality of the renovation exceeded our expectations every single detail from the bathroom finishes to the open kitchen design was done beautifully and professionally we notice the team was reliable, organized, and kept us informed throughout the entire process and bring our house a modern feeling, warm, and brand new. I highly recommend rioza for anyone looking for high quality construction and remodeling work!"

"They were very slow to complete the project and I needed to follow up quite a few times. Good that the project was an outdoor project and also that I had flexible completion date otherwise, it would have been very messy. Work quality was not up to the mark till I followed up and made them adjust things. The end product is very good."

"Claude and his team are simply great. They did an Excellent job! They went out of their way to complete the job on time. Their quote was the lowest compared to all others but there was no compromise on the quality. Very neat installation and they cleaned up before they left. They completed the whole floor ie around 900 sq ft in one and half days. Im impressed by their commitment and quality work. Also, Claude got us all the materials required for the stairs and moldings, and also saved us a lot of money there. I would definitely recommend him to our friends."

"Sam was very responsive and able to schedule, then re-schedule, us with rather short notice. As stated by many others, his customer communications are outstanding. His price for the job was surprisingly lower than many of the other flooring companies. Our job was small (1st floor and 1 set of stairs in a rowhouse) so I think some of the bigger flooring guys didn't want to invest their time unless it was financially worth it. Nothing wrong with that; we met some great flooring experts along the way. But in the end, we couldn't afford to spend $3500 for this size of job. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about hiring the more affordable contractor, but Sam and his workers came so highly recommended, we took the risk. We're so glad we did! They showed up right on time, with all kinds of modern sanding and dust removal / air cleaning equipment. They spent the first 30-60 minutes taping up plastic sheets for dust control throughout the house. The first day consisted of sanding the floor and stairs to remove old finish and uneven spots, and filling gaps or holes (some we pointed out, some Sam found on his own and took care of). Next was lots of air cleaning and vacuuming before putting down the wood sealer. When that was dry, it was buffed out, vacuumed again, and then coated with the first of two layers of top coat. On the second day, they returned in the morning and buffed/vacuumed again in preparation for applying the final finish coat. By lunch time, everything was done and we could (but didn't) walk on it. The job site was all cleaned up and they were gone. That's it! The floor looks beautiful with an even, soft glow, but with the grain and feel of the real wood still intact. We spec'd a satin-finish water-based polyurethane for our top coats. I've seen a number of friends' poorly refinished wood floors and many have missed corners or that thing where so much wood is removed, there a slope down from the baseboards to the center of the room. Not so with Sam and his workers; you can tell they know how to do this right and are real experienced professionals. We'll be hiring them back to do the other two floors in our house soon! Highly recommended."

"They were excellent. From the 1st phone call to get a quote, until the job was complete. They showed up when they said they would to see the floors before they did them and on the actual day. The floors look beautiful. I would definitely use them again."

"They removed the carpet, replaced the subfloor and completely refurbished the stairs in our 100+ year old philadelphia row house. They installed wide plank hand scraped wood flooring on three levels of our home. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Jay and Marcello."
