"We recently decided to have our garage floor coated and to have shelves installed.  We contacted The Garage Authority.   After a visit from Nancy, when she did a very thorough job of evaluating and making recommendations specific to our needs, we selected Garage Authority to do the work.  We opted for the polyurea flooring system and shelving to suit our needs.  We are convinced that the preparatory diamond grinding of the concrete floor results in much better coating adhesion and longevity than does the commonly used acid wash.  The shelving is superior to anything else we have seen and is extremely flexible with the available array of shelf, bar and hook choices.  It has allowed us to bring order out of chaos in the garage.  The work is now complete, the garage looks beautiful and we are elated with the results."

"Very satisfied. They designed and built a very nice bedroom, including a dormer window with window seat, and a spa-like bathroom. The process went extremely well from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the addition. Everyone I dealt with at Andrew Roby was very professional, always courteous, and highly skilled in their job. The price was definitely more than I originally anticipated, but the quality of the workmanship, and the peace of mind of having very trustworthy and professional people to deal with made it worth the cost to me. They stayed on budget, and finished slightly early. They are perfectionists, and they made sure all subcontractor's work was done to my satisfaction, and at times, I was o.k. with the work, but my AR project manager was not satisfied, so he had them come back and correct some flaws that I had not noticed. "It went very smoothly.  I had a voice mail from his Office Manager, Jenny (she's awesome) on Friday, 3.30, that he'd be coming to do the job on Monday, 4.2.    He was here on Monday morning - bright and early - with his team and the pad was poured!  There were no surprises as to cost, layout, what we wanted, etc.  He's incredibly smart and good at what he does.  I asked if he could offer me some suggestions to improve my backyard area (patio or sidewalk from deck to other areas, etc.).  Shortly after that conversation, we walked the area off, he talked about stamped concrete options, colored concrete - to save money over stamped, etc.  and said he'd have Jenny put a proposal together for me.  I had that proposal Monday night. <br /> <br /> These folks are great!  They're professional and just 'good people'.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends!"

"2 men showed up at 7:30 in the morning. They worked until about 1 when I served up some burgers and dogs. They were back to work around 1:30. The job was finished, including clean-up around 5:30 that evening. They were very courteous. They explained each step of the process even though I had prior roofing experience. They asked multiple times if I had any concerns or questions with any part of what they were doing. They went above and beyond my expectations. In this area, I believe code requires 3 nails per shingle. They did 5. The ground around my house, including deck and porch were cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
