I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

There were a few bumps that occurred, but they were immediately addressed by Serafin. He was able to see the problems and come up with even better solutions. They finished the fence in two days; perfect, because my 'granddogs' were coming to stay with me the next day. <br /> Maria at the office is very pleasant to talk with, but not as good with following through. More than once she said she would do something within minutes after speaking with me. It would be days or even a week or more before I had an answer or would have to call back. <br /> The installation was finished on June 14. It is beautiful. I paid the remained of the bill the next week and asked for a copy of the warranty. After several emails and phone calls, I finally received it on July 27. <br /> My ratings would have been higher across the board if the customer service had been more timely. <br />"
