"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

"M Construction replaced my roof at a fair price. We've had several big wind storms with heavy rain and I haven't found any indications of water intrusion and I still have all of my shingles so I am assuming they did the work correctly. Chuck was very patient and accommodating and answered all of my questions and worked to arrange the install date so as to have the least detrimental impact to my family. The team that replaced my roof worked hard to complete the job in a single 12 hour day. The only negatives I have are the following: 1) they placed shingles directly on my lawn, and the chemicals in the shingles killed the grass underneath. Luckily it is starting to grow back. 2) they aren't very good at cleanup. There were a lot of tiny pieces of plastic, packaging, shingle, and tar paper, left behind and I am still cleaning it up. I also continue to find the occasional roofing nail in my lawn or flower bed. In spite of these two issues, I will probably hire M construction again when I replace my gutters."

The job was performed in an expeditious, yet meticulous manner; I have experienced leaking problems each year over the past 4 years with my enclosed deck installed by another company. However, given the excessive amount of snow, which accumulated on my roof over this past winter, there has been no water/ice leakage; and after torrential rain storms, I have not experienced any leakage as well. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever."

We set the date of the job and they arrived that morning and wasted no time in getting started. John was on the job site, and even climbed up on the roof to assist his crew.
