"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"I had wind damage to 3 major areas on my roof. Arek Franos is the way to go for all of your roofing needs. "We were so glad to have found Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. Throughout the repair of our tornado-damaged roof, Eugene proved to be extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and very fair. From start to finish he never faltered in helping us through the daunting and lengthy insurance company drudgery and we're glad to say our experience was exceptionally good with Eugene. He has a wonderful, conscientious and hard-working crew. Plenty of workers to facilitate the job at hand. Besides being a complete tear-off it was a complete replacement of all plywood sheathing/decking with gutter replacement and fascia repair job... a big roofing job for sure. Top-notch work with a top-notch attitude, which is hard to find today. Great job! I myself being a Realtor in the real estate business can't wait to refer Eugene's company Estate Exteriors to my clients. Thanks again Eugene for all your help. Rick and Liz"

"Sam came as agreed. He inspected my roof, found three places that needed repair. He repaired all three at what I considered a reasonable price. I am happy with what he did. I'd definitely call him the next time I need a roof repair."

"I was contacted quickly and an appointment to inspect the roof was immediately set up. The crew came in a few days and finished the entire project in a single day."

"I highly recommend SPU. We used them for roofing. The owner is great to work with, he always answered my phone call when I called and showed up when he said he would show up. He came out to do a quote on Wednesday, materials were delivered that Friday and the roof was done by that Sunday afternoon. The crew was very respectable, they did a great job cleaning up after the job, there was not a piece of garbage or a nail to be found anywhere."

"Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience."

"APR did a great job. i'm one that often posts negative reviews so thought when, as in this case, a good job was done, I should say so! David was prompt in visiting and quoting and very detailed about the work to be done. a large section of old flat roof was repaired several months and EVEN AFTER RECECENT HEAVY rains, NO LEAKS! I've had the same areas repaired several times by "cheap" part time roofers and wasted my money. didn't pay a lot and got nothing for it other than more leaks. APR knows what they're doing and has the right equipment to repair a DIFFICULT OLD roof + flashing, etc. Their workers were very detailed and professional + cooperative about some little stuff I pointed out while they were working that were also patched. Highly recommended"

"I am extremely satisfied with the look of my new roof (Colonial Slate), the response of the sales rep (Jay K.), the installation of the new roof (no leaks!), and the cleanup after the job. I called and requested an estimate and a day later Jay was at my house (as scheduled) with shingle samples and other handouts explaining all of the material that Style Exteriors use when replacing a shingle roof. Due to a leak on in the old roof, I asked that a tarp be installed to cover the damaged area and that was done the day after we signed the agreement for the work to be done. Approximately two weeks later (we were waiting for warmer weather) my roof was replaced. The installation crew showed up about 15 minutes early and when Jay arrived to oversee the job, the tear off and replacement of the roof began. In the end, I did find a few old roofing nails, on the ground, on one side of my house, but overall the clean up was OUTSTANDING! From the call taker to the final clean up, I could not be happier with Style Exteriors and I highly recommend the company to service your roofing needs!"
