"Extremely satisfied with the exterior repairs Velasquez Roofing LLC completed on my home. They replaced my rotting fascia boards and repaired the foyer entrance using Hardie board, and the final result looks spectacular. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous about cleaning up every day. They handled a tricky, tedious job with skill and were very transparent about the process, cost, and were extremely helpful with suggestions of material. The new siding in the front door area blends in perfectly with the surrounding brick. I highly recommend them for quality work!"

"Tony did an outstanding job with my roof inspection. He was on time, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out areas of concern in a way that was easy to understand, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I felt comfortable and informed. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the condition of my roof. I highly recommend Tony to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy roofing professional!"

"Jason came out and di a free estimate. I could not have asked for a more thorough inspection of my roof. He climbed up on roof on all sides and took pictures of all problem areas. He then sat down with me and showed me all the pictures and sent them to me via email. The owner, Jerry, called me several times to follow up and see how they could help me. Very professional company. In the end I decided to wait a while on project. When I do decide, I will definitely call Twin Anchors."

"Excellent. The inspection was thorough, and agreed with by my insurance company (hail damage). The price was less than allowed for by my insurance company. Very courteous, responsive, and efficient. The roof looks great, no leaks, and they cleaned up everything!"

"We had Dave install several grab bars in our bathrooms. He work was impeccable. Dave's workmanship is second to none. He is honest, competent, and possesses the kind of work ethic that we wish everyone had. We will be using DLS Home Services for any and all future home repair needs."

" We were having issues with our roof. When we contacted our insurance company, the adjuster recommended it be repaired. We went through our insurance company several times and each time received a check to have it "repaired." Basically, our roof was patched. Being that the recent repair, which was to replace 33 square feet of shingles in the front of the house and paint the damaged area in the formal living room, we decided to get the entire roof replaced. Our neighbor had her roof replaced by Mr. Ray Bullock and was very pleased with the service and follow-up. After talking with other roofers and getting estimates, we decided to do business with Mr. Bullock. After meeting with him, we were very pleased with his professionalism , customer service (very friendly & enjoy what he does), presentation (styles of roof to select from), prices, and the warranty. One company quoted us a lower price but we felt Ray Bullock's gave us more for our money, therefore paying more was definitely worth it! His crew arrived on time as promised and completed the work on time as promised. The crew was very professional and respectable. They worked through the day until the job was completed. Mr. Bullock and a few workers came back the 3rd day and made sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. During replacing our roof, a family member was ill. He continually asked about our family member, which showed us he is a man of compassion. He and his wife reminded us of the power of prayer. We were able to talk about something other than the roof. We would definitely recommend Ray Bullock Roofing to our family and friends. Talk to Mr. Bullock and you will find he is a  people person and not only about roofing and making money. Thank you for a positive experience!

"If you want a quality roof, professionally installed, at a reasonable price, then look no further! Carolina Flooring and Roofing (CFR) is a great company to work with. The owner, Dave, worked with us to ensure that we got the best price on the roof we wanted. We wanted to upgrade our damaged roof from asphalt shingle to metal standing seam roofing to avoid future wind issues that plagued us in the past (hence the new roof) and one that would stand up to the saltwater issues we have here on the coast. Dave helped us select the correct roof for our needs, one that should outlast both my wife and me. Dave professional yet easy-going attitude let us know that he thought of us as more than just clients. His personal touch and friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. Dave navigated the insurance claim maze for us to maximize our settlement and to make the whole process easier for us. Dave demonstrated honesty and integrity every step of the way. I am not sure about you, but I think having an honest and dependable contractor (like CFR) is the most important thing to have in a roofing contractor. I am not going to lie; as with any job, there were issues. But this is where Dave and CFR shined! Dave was on top of correcting any issues well before I could even bring them to his attention. It felt great knowing that I had Dave and CFR providing a quality product with the desire to do things right! Do yourself a favor and call Dave at CFR today. You will not regret it!"

"I had gotten 4 quotes to have my roof replaced. Not only did they come in the lowest but they were able to provide a higher quality shingle as well. They communicated well and showed up when they said. Roofing is a messy job while its going on but when done they left the yard cleaner then when they found it. The work was done very well"

"The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."
