An agreement was reached and JDP Construction Group started and finished in two days. They removed all old materials from my property and did a walk-through of the job site to gather any dropped nails or screws or any other used materials. One of the items I requested was Metal Stringers be used. Also decided to use Aluminum slats. The front porch and stairwell landing area look amazing.
