He was so knowledgeable and experienced with the entire insurance claim process and was always a step ahead. He was also so experienced with different types of siding and was able to lay out all the options in a simple manner without any pressure to up-sell and gave us great advice regarding color choice taking into consideration how we had to match the roof, soffits, fascia and brick. All of the work was done perfectly, with great attention to detail. It was very efficient and it was immediately cleaned up upon completion. Scott also helped us by noticing issues with our gutters and how cable is hooked up to our house and helped us fix these issues. They were not related to his work but he gave us guidance on how to fix them even though it gave him no benefit. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "If you are looking for a roofing company look no further than eRoof. After a hail storm hit our neighborhood we contacted eRoof. As soon as Tyler came out we knew we were dealing with a professional organization. Tyler helped with the insurance claim, met with the adjusters, and provided quotes for the claims process. eRoof?s quotes were competitive with all the fly-by-night operations that descended on neighborhood but eRoof told me exactly what they would be doing. Edgar and his installation team was great. We upgraded to an Edco metal roof so it took a week to replace the roof. They protected the house when they removed the old roof and cleaned up every day. The workmanship on the roof is exceptional. Communication was great - we had daily updates from either Edgar or Charlie. Once the final payment was made we immediately received a receipt for the payment and the lien waiver. We wouldn?t hesitate to use eRoof again."

"Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"

"Hoffman Weber resided our house in August, 2019 and we are very pleased with the outcome. Joe Wire was our sales contact who patiently worked with us as we made decisions during the planning stage. Joe is thoroughly professional, friendly, extremely detailed (you will know exactly what you owe before the final bill comes) and is a good listener. Joe and the office crew kept us apprised of materials delivery and dumpster install and removal. John did the installation. I was a little surprised to have a lone installer complete the entire job, but John did a great job. His workmanship is outstanding and any little thing I mentioned, he took care of. The property was totally cleaned up before he left and he finished the job within the original estimated time.
