"As a landlord that lives off island nothing could be worse than having a major issue with my rental property on Maui. Maui <br /> Handyman Services was referred to me by a friend with a strong recommendation. After speaking with Joe Avena on the phone he agreed to inspect the property and provide me a detailed quote. His quote was itemized and very professional, he put me at ease to the point that I was comfortable not flying on island to deal with the situation. Joe understood that I needed to get my tenants back into the property as soon as possible, so he laid out an aggressive plan to satisfy all of the issues with the property. He completed several of the major jobs ahead of schedule; Replace and paint several ceilings, walls and laminate wood flooring.
