"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"We met SAL through a friend that he did some insurance work for.  We have a large kitchen with a huge island and always wanted to redo the floors.  As I was looking for tile for the floor I found glass accent tiles that I wanted to use on the back splash to tie everything together.  Needless to say our project just got larger. We struggled to find qualified contractors to do this work and because we spend so much time in our kitchen we wanted everything to be perfect.  From the first second we met with SAL we were totally comfortable and confident they could do the work to our expectations.  Sure enough the job was completed 4 days ahead of schedule and turned out PERFECT!!! I catch myself sometimes just staring at my new tile. I absolutely love it. I would recommend SAL to everyone. "Steve and his crew really do a great job. I had issues with the roofing above my sunroom. Steve came out after I had him do some other work in my house. Namely replacing LVP in that same sunroom, and install a metal shed and rollup door on my shed. The work was top notch. The roof will need more attention at a later date, no fault to Steve Burgess or his crew, just poor workmanship from a different installer years earlier. If you want a contractor that promises what they say they will do then use Elite Burgess Construction."
