He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"I had washed 2 heavy scatter rugs in my 30+ year old Whirlpool.  Next time I used the washer, the water would not work to fill the machine. I called  Gallagher Appliance Repair, and Chris Gallagher came to fix it..  I was very impressed with this young man and how he worked to track down the cause of the problem. He was also very personable and explained to me what he was doing. I enjoyed talking with him.
He found the problem and fixed it. The machine worked. The charge was $90.00.
Later when I went to use the machine, the water filled but drained right out.  I called Chris and he told me that unfortunately it was the timer and he would have great difficulty finding parts because the machine was so old. I needed a new machine, and I asked him, in his experience, which was the best brand to purchase.  I  purchased that brand and was very happy with it.
Chris refunded me $40.00 on that service call, and I was very happy with how it all worked out.  I would most certainly call Chris at

Al replied with a quote request promptly, came out same day, and had the oven working again within a half hour. He was professional and courteous, and wore a mask and gloves inside the house. "B&B could not have been any more wonderful to work with. Mark and his crew were professional and helpful from start to finish. It's very upsetting to be uprooted from your home when something like this happens and they really took the time to work with each individual involved to make sure that they were involved in the process and the timing of each stage of the work. After the project was underway, there was an issue with the insurance company releasing the funds and the project was delayed three weeks. Mark made arrangements to finish the work and wait for the money to come in when he easily could have moved on to another job due to being so busy. He took the time to work with me while I picked out paint colors and floors and my condo looks better than it did before! The attention to detail that B&B demonstrated was very impressive. The work was done in a very timely manner and overall, given the circumstance, B&B was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again to do work on my own home and the condo association has recently hired them again to work on the rest of the building.
