He came to my house soon after I spoke with him (same day) and within a few hours had emailed me very professional quotes on several projects in my house. He understood my timeline and started work on a Saturday in order to get it completed on time. He worked until very late on Saturday and the following Monday, finishing everything within plenty of time for my meeting. He and his co-workers were professional and pleasant. They were neat and did an excellent job! He went a bit over with materials - which I would have gladly paid the difference for - but he took it off the labor part of the invoice. I will definitely hire him again. He has a lot of energy and a great work ethic!"

"Cully removed old walls in a hallway and installed new sheetrock, did
all of the prep work and painted.  The job required removing and
restoring a great deal of molding, and he was careful to try to preserve
as much of it as possible.  He replaced the few pieces that could not
be saved and reinstalled all of the freshly painted molding.  He also
arranged for an electrician to install several new outlets and new
hard-wired smoke detectors. The job had to be done on a very specific
time schedule, and there was no room for schedule shift. Both Cully and
the electrician complied perfectly with the timeframe and by working
late, completed the job in record time.

"Overall it went pretty well.  They stared early and stayed late to make up time lost for rain.  They were very concientious about picking up every day.  John and his entire crew were very friendly and respectful. 

At first I wasn't very pleased with the number of visible seams in the flashing on the roof facing the driveway.  The roof is very "wavy" due to the settling of our ancient house and apparently the seams were unavoidable.  Everything has settled more and it is fine.  What is most important is that John talked to us about it and wanted to do anything he could to make sure we were happy with the job.

Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
