"We had several high traffic areas in our house that hadn't been chemically cleaned for several years. We wanted a "dry" cleaning process, and a firm that was located nearby. We contacted Mark at M&M by phone. Mark provided quite a bit of information over the phone. He came out and looked over the job and discussed in detail his cleaning process and how he runs his business. We came to agreement on job size (square feet) , price and date for the work to be done. On the day of the cleaning Mark arrived on time and prepared to work. He worked diligently and at a good pace. We were pleased with the results. This cleaning was a good value for the money and we would hire M&M again."
