"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. "NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. "Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."
