"I highly recommend Newton Roofing Residential. In 2014, they replaced the entire roof on my home with high quality materials, in a safe and timely manner, and at a very competitive price. In 2020, I decided to address another need - my aging second floor porch, which serves as a roof to the first floor porch below. It was becoming increasingly unsafe due to wood rot, with a soft floor and loose railings. Given my positive customer experience in 2014, calling Newton Roofing in 2020 was an easy decision - I did not get quotes from any other company. Rich came out and provided a detailed explanation of the materials and labor needed to replace the porch and to install new railings that best match the style of my home, and he followed up with a very competitive quote for the project. "After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable. At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening. Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship. During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work. The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant. If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work."

"We called Power Roofing when our 3-year old membrane roof began leaking. They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. They honored their estimate even though the job took longer than expected. And the leaks stopped. An A+ experience from start to finish."

My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing! "Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs."

"Based on his excellent reviews on Angie's List, I contacted "The Siding Guy" (Joe Wink) for an estimate. I sent him pictures and dimensions of the project, and he came back within a day or two with a reasonable estimate, helped me pick a siding which would match the house (since the siding used on the house has been discontinued) and showed up exactly on time (7:00 AM sharp!) with his crew to do the job. His crew are all experienced craftsmen and they set to work right away. They set up professional aluminum staging (no cheap pump jacks) to keep everyone safe and worked like a racing pit crew with everyone having a specific job. Joe also came up with a couple of clever ways to improve on what I had planned to do, making everything look even better! They finished ahead of schedule, cleaned everything up, walked the job site with me to explain everything they had done and answer my questions. They rolled a big magnet around to make sure that no nails ended up in my driveway or yard. They even left me a little extra siding at my request to keep as spares in case something gets damaged in the future and I need an extra piece or two. Joe and his guys are really nice, polite and friendly. But most importantly, they know what they are doing. These guys are pros and it shows by watching them work and looking at the results. If you need something sided, I don't think you can find anyone better than The Siding Guy!! I would not hesitate to hire him again."
