The workers are professional, attentive to detail and unceasingly polite and friendly. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price. I contacted him, he came out and agreed that the walkway needed to be improved and he would come back out. I waited for about a month and started to call. He would not return my phone calls or answer his phone."

" Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the overall project."
