"The owner arranges day and time one week in advance (day and time are not always the same) and is flexible if I have scheduling issues. Girls are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. They work together well and move through the cleaning efficiently. Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen is thorough. Communication is an issue as the girls do not all speak English, but the owner is good about conveying messages to them. The owner is also responsive to any questions or concerns that I have, and is prompt with her replies to me."

They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. "Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
