The whole proces was completed in less than 4 days, and ours is a large deck. They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, hard-working, efficient, and they completely cleaned up everything they did. They could not have been nicer. We were left with a beautiful rail and a deck that looks virtually new. The price was extremely reasonable. We simply could not have been more pleased."

"Originally, I called Structured Holdings L.L.C. for a deck repair bid on a home I was in contract to purchase. Aaron completed the bid, but I did not buy the home.   3 wks. Later I bought a different home & Aaron completed a few beautiful upgrades! He installed (2) new doors, a barn door with an attractive interface, and a basement privacy door. He also installed custom banister railings to my upstairs, including a removal piece for access as needed. The design was unique and considering it was a concern of mine - he did an outstanding job! He also installed (3) new handrails to code. The paint job was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Aaron was punctual, his work is amazing, and he is reasonably priced. "Initial contact was prompt and friendly.  The crew showed up and worked hard, laughing and singing (Love it!).  The initial job consisted of cleaning out a bunch of weeds, blackberries, and trimmings.  They laid down bark dust and blew off the pavement and deck.
They now come out semi-monthly and mow and pull weeds.

"Joshua was one of many contractors to come out and give us a bid once I discovered the sill plate and joists and some subfloor on the north side of my house was rotted out from moisture and powderpost beetles. His bid was not the cheapest but he gave me the most extensive and comprehensive explanation of what was going on and how to repair it. It was by far the most thorough bid and included more work then the other bids I received. Most importantly Joshua came across as very professional and honest. The work was completed as described plus a little more as he discovered slightly more rot once the bottom of the siding come off. Joshua did all the work himself and was very courteous and professional throughout the week + it took to complete the job. He had excellent communication throughout the project and would always leave the workspace clean at the end of each day. I will be hiring Joshua again for any projects bigger then I what I could do myself."
