He was supposed to do permitting for a basement ADU conversion, but it dragged on for months on end so I ended up taking over permitting and it was completed in 6 weeks. Workmanship on other kitchen/bath remodel projects was shoddy at best... 7 months after painting cabinets, paint is chipping; things not done to code; took months to get work redone (some never happened) and to get unfinished work addressed. Had to make multiple trips from out of state just to keep work moving forward. Stopped all communication and filed bankruptcy. Having to start from scratch on major remodel project."
