"PART 1 Michael and his dad Tony came out to the job site and looked over the plans. I also sent them a copy of the plans. We needed footers and a stem wall for an addition. Michael then gave me a bid in writing, which included the concrete. I accepted the bid. There was delay after delay because he did not have a trailer to bring his trenches. Finally after almost 2 weeks, he borrowed a trailer and brought the trenches. Meanwhile, I reached out to my architect and inspector and the solution was to change the size and spread of the floor joists to accommodate the mistake. This remedy would cost me an additional $500.00. Exactly what I paid him to help bail him out for his original mistake. Now, asking him to reimburse me for the additional $500.00 for this final mistake, he has refused. I would not be writing this review if he had been willing to do the right thing. I liked Michael and his dad, and they seem "
