Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. His bid was not the cheapest but he gave me the most extensive and comprehensive explanation of what was going on and how to repair it. It was by far the most thorough bid and included more work then the other bids I received. Most importantly Joshua came across as very professional and honest. The work was completed as described plus a little more as he discovered slightly more rot once the bottom of the siding come off. Joshua did all the work himself and was very courteous and professional throughout the week + it took to complete the job. He had excellent communication throughout the project and would always leave the workspace clean at the end of each day. I will be hiring Joshua again for any projects bigger then I what I could do myself."
