"Let me start with Donnie and his employees (when they show up) do a very good job. The work is high quality. The bidding process is not standard. The prices fluctuate as things become noticeable throughout the job, which is understandable. Donnie could improve upon this by investing in a bidding software such as Stackct or Capterra. Our project did run a bit longer than normal due to unforseen circumstances, weather, and due to lack of help on the job. Overall we are very pleased with the work performed. I am giving Donnie an A on my review because I want him to do well with his business, but I hope he will improve on his punctuality and work on a better bidding process that clearly indicates what you are paying for up front. He is not a scam artist or crook like others mentioned in previous reviews. He is a single dad just trying to make a living."

"The shower glass installation was originally scheduled for ~9:30AM Tuesday but the contractor called early Tuesday morning to reschedule to later that same day due to accommodate schedule delays with a previous job.  The 2 man crew showed up at ~3PM and promptly began work on my basement shower glass installation.  They worked for several hours to get the shower glass installed, having to overcome numerous obstacles such as a slightly uneven walls/tiles and complex dimensions.  They worked up until 9PM, but had to stop and come back the next day to finish the shower framing using a fresh set eyes.  After working over 6+ hours on my shower glass installation project, the crew finished up late last night.  Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Shower Glass Dreamworks. I am especially pleased with how they communicated their schedule delays using direct text or calls.
