"After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors."

The owner of the paint company came by 3-4 times daily while the crew was working. The owner of the paint company explained exactly what they were going to do and why. "The vinyl siding, soffits, shutters, and gutters looked clean and much brighter than before. The concrete also looked brighter and refreshed. Most of the window sills were clean with the exception of a couple of the second story windows were there was still some dirt on the windows and sills. My siding is older and the cleaning really brightened the house. The washer, Kyle, was polite and worked fairly fast. He resprayed a couple of places on the siding upon my request and completed the work in less than four hours. <br /> I rated the company's punctuality and quot;goodand quot; rather than and quot;excellentand quot; because the owner, Kevin Crawford, stated that his worker would contact me first thing on Monday morning. He never called and I had to call Kevin late morning to check the status. Shortly thereafter, Kyle arrived and began preparing for the powerwash. <br /> I rated the company's price as and quot;goodand quot; rather than and quot;excellentand quot; because the company was higher than two other estimates. However, I chose Pressure Pro because it was the only company that hand washed the areas of siding where there was heavy amounts of dirt and mold before using the powerwasher. Kevin answered my questions, told me how long the job would take, was insured, and seemed professional. <br /> I am happy with the work that was performed and would hire Pressure Pro again."

"This was a huge job as there was a tremendous amount of prep work involved. The guys did a terrific job even though we had a huge storm and giant tree limbs fell in the yard after the project had begun. Everett and his crew were not phased. From beginning to end, they were professional, hard working and friendly. I would recommend Ever Painting to anyone who needs exterior work done. When it's time to have interior work done in my home, I will definitely call Everett.
