Design fee will be credited toward project cost upon customer commitment. We request a deposit of 35% prior to job start. Balance is due upon project completion. Subcontracting is rare. The owner, foreman and designer all have undergraduate degrees in the study of trees and/or landscape design & construction.

We offer a consultative service to homeowners that teaches them aspects of landscaping they want to learn how to do themselves. This service is billed at an hourly rate.
