"The team arrived on time with the necessary equipment to do the job. They had to use a Cherry picker and had four other vehicles to chip, and lift, and take away these huge limbs. Our property is somewhat sloped and these guys knew just what they were doing. The team took their time, and were methodical. There were no issues whatsoever. The guys were very professional and friendly. They were very conscious of our property and cleaned up by hand any residue from the cuttings. One of the owners, Rich, is a certified arborist and has a well known reputation in the area. He didn't want to take this tree down anymore than I did, however it had become very hazardous to our home and property as it was severely decayed throughout."

"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business.
