"The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. "Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. In May 2013 my hot water tank wouldn't work any longer. I was almost broke due to the funeral cost of burying my husband. I called 6 local plumbers (Crouch Sons Plumbing, Hearn Plumbing Company, Hoyt Lane & Sons Plumbing, Fuller Plumbing, Beck Boys Plumbing and Shoals MPE) hoping one would take the $386,00 that I could afford to pay and replace my hot water tank. Everyone of them gave me a bid of 650 to over a 1000 dollars to replace it. I explained to each one how much I had and why and each one said they just couldn't help me. I went May 2013 thru December 2013  without hot water, I took sponge baths over my sink after I warmed water on my stove.</p> <p>At Church one Sunday I asked someone if they knew anyone that did hot water tank work, and I was given a card of Sweet Home Repairs. I called them and Eric and Rodger came to my home and after I explained  my situation they left for Lowes and returned about a hour later with a hot water tank and installed it. I offered to pay them the 700 dollars I had saved to replace it but Mr. Denton and his worker Rodger refused the payment. I insisted and again they refused but said they would except a bowl of spaghetti and meat balls that I was cooking for dinner guest I was having over that night. I gladly paid them. They thank me for lunch and away they left. I have never gotten to truly thank them but they both are wonderful young men. Please hire them they a wonderful company unlike others I mentioned.</p>"

"I was very pleased with the work.  The repair I asked for was more complicated, detailed, and different from what was there before, but I was able the work it out with Rick, the carpenter that came.  My only problem was getting someone to the house. After making the appointment several weeks in advance, the first appointment was delayed a week.  Then, the next appointment was delayed another week.  When someone did arrive, I was not happy. But all was soon forgotten, when Rick did such a splendid job, all in one day. <br />"
