He replaced 3 broken sprinkler heads. He was straightforward about his pricing, honest, easy to communicate with, and made sure the sprinkler head adjustments were set exactly as I wanted. His nice and genuine approach was refreshing compared to several of the larger irrigation companies I called, that seemed to be fast talkers who would not provide straightforward pricing.
