"Pete was amazing. He demoed the existing chimney brick, and replace with all new brick once the chimney was rebuilt and properly supported. Pete arrived on time every day, he completed the work timely and did a very high quality job. I would hire Pete again in a second and without any hesitation! Quality, professionalism and respect are qualities you can expect from Pete."

"There was a 2-3 week delay in getting the windows for the enclosed patio but no fault of Porch Masters. <br /> In fact they got us a $500 reduction for the delay. Last June I called for some small additional work on the porch & they responded immediately. It should be noted that they provided many references prior to the job. I called on 3 who were all very happy with their work. My wife & I are very happy with the total experience & are glad to give this excellent review."

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"I loved receiving actual blueprints from Rollin during the course of the design process. He was patient and accommodating each time I suggested a change or took my time with a decision. His entire crew is hard working, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. All are a pleasure to work with. We began the actual install in Oct/Nov. of 2010. The crew came out numerous times the spring/summer  of last year to monitor the new plants and maintain the areas where sod was removed. A few of the new plants did not make it through their first winter, and were replaced without question. Communication is effortless with Rollin, as he has answered every voice mail I've left within the day - and every email within 24 hours. <br /> Rollin's passion for what he does is obvious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company for any landscape need you might have."

"All, It’s my pleasure to recommend Lee Mann, owner of Mann’s Demolition Contractors, for general demolition, grading, tree removal, retention pond reclamation, clearing projects, and much more. Lee has done contract work with Halpern Enterprises Inc. for over 7 years. The work has included, but not limited to, interior demolition of a number of inline spaces, demolition of of over 30 houses and buildings, clearing of several fields preparing for development, built retaining walls, cleared and cleaned up multiple retention ponds, and many additional jobs. He’s basically been our go to guy for challenging projects. On top of paying attention to our budgets, being timely and leaving the areas in a clean professional way, he has done a great job recycling much of the debris, which is very important to us. Thank you, Jimmy Property Manager Halpern Enterprises Inc. 5200 Roswell Road Atlanta, Georgia 30342 Office 770-508-3307"

"David with Hathcock was very helpful in giving me flexibility on the amount of labor provided. I wanted to reduce the overall cost by performing some of the labor. I was given quotes that included my doing all the work, part of the work, and none of the work. Hathcock provided me options of two vendors, single and double hung, with various upgrade options. <br /> It was easy and painless to get in touch with David and discuss the options and get advice. I'm very pleased with the process and the windows seem to be very well made and installed. <br /> When I was concerned about some details on the work performed, David offered to send a crew to fix things. In the end, I didn't need the visit, but it is always nice to get the offer. <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Harrison, GA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
