"I had a virtual phone appointment with Ben Liebenow on July 14, 2022. He never called. Their dispatcher sent me an email indicating he got busy and would call the following day. He didn't call that day either. A week later, I requested a quote through Roof Maxx website and unfortunately his firm was selected to quote. He called me, left a VM, never acknowledged he stood me up July 14th, but wanted to talk. I called back the following day, he was busy and said he'd call me within an hour. Didn't call back until 6 hours later, left a VM, still not acknowledging he screwed up, again, by not keeping his word and calling within an hour, but left a message to call him back. A professional keeps appointments and keeps his word. I'd still like a quote but am not going to go through this VM tag business with him again. I set aside a time July 14th for him and he not only blew it, but didn't have the professionalism to own his part."

WoodHaven Log & Lumber manufactures and retails tongue & groove end matched Knotty Pine, Cedar and Aspen paneling, in multiple widths and random lengths 8 feet or shorter. \nWoodHaven Log and Lumber also produces a wide line of tongue & groove end matched log siding in 6”, 8”, & 10” and 12” widths with trim and corner options to complete and accessorize your existing home, remodel project, or new construction build. \nEvery piece of wood is personally inspected. Our paneling has a mix of 88-90% 7’ to 8’ lengths. We do offer commercial accounts to contractors we deal with on a regular basis. Shipping to our customers or pick up at our facilities. Our hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. If shipping to you shipping cost varies depending on the amount of order and job location.
