He also made sure to get the many weeks worth of built up snow and ice off her roof. Then he came back a couple days later to secure the rest of her roof so there would be no additional leaks. Because he was fitting us in at the end of his day, both he and his wife stayed in touch with me throughout the day, until he was there. He was so kind to my SIL and treated her with compassion when she started crying. It's nice to know we have someone to help, when we live faraway."
