The broom she brought into my house was worn and had been used in other houses or offices. The result was that dirt, germs, and grit were brought into my home, which is completely unsatisfactory. Grit was left in the grout between the bathroom tiles and there were small piles of dirt left around the house. The cleaner seemed to be a nice person and a hard worker who spoke little English. Refusing to accomplish a job the way the homeowner wants is poor customer service."
