"You wrote a review for New England Floor and Carpet 2 days ago 5.0 star rating 8/18/2021 I just had my upstairs carpeting re-stretched. It had been buckled for quite some time and I finally made the decision to seek out a pro. I decided to go with this local guy and I am so glad I did. Scott quickly came out to quote (very reasonable), reviewed the situation, offered his plan to remedy the problem and was available within the week to complete the job. His worker, A. J. did an exceptional job...would have him back in a minute....(really nice guy too.)"

"Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."

"They were extremely professional leaving the work area at the end of the day cleaner than when they started. He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners.
