The motor had to be ordered, and I was told they would cover the cost of the motor (I should hope so), but I'd have to pay for the installation. When the repair person came out to do the installation, I also asked him to have the service manager call. Again, no follow through. CAC also schedules for full day windows. For many households, that is simply not manageable. We have jobs, and I think the CAC policy is simply indicative that they are taking their customers' needs seriously. I have no complaints about the service technician that did the repair"
