"Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"Bone Dry started the job early on Monday morning and was done by mid-day on Tuesday. All the old shingles were removed on both structures. Then the crew installed new shingles, roof vents, counter flashing for both chimneys on the house, and new shingles on the garage. After the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup of the ground around the house. I am happy we chose Bone Dry again to do this project. The new roofs look great and I am sure the buyer will be pleased."

"We love our new wood burning insert! Gary and Korey were here for most of the day cleaning, cutting, and insulating and installing. It was a big job. Then at the end they started a fire and instructed on an efficient method to build a fire and maintain good efficient heat with the insert and it's controls. We had recently had the chimney cleaned prior to their estimate and hadn't used the fireplace prior to the install. We found that Korey and Gary are great chimney sweeps too!! The chimney and firebox were the cleanest I have ever seen since we have lived in this house."

There were a lot of problems caused by poor workmanship of another company prior to us taking ownership of the home. Leaks were pouring right into my toddler's room causing mold and destruction. Stonebridge didn't just repair our home, they didn't just fix another companies mistakes...they took care of my family! We couldn't be more grateful! They repaired all broken exhaust piping, they replaced molded and rotted subroofing installing watershield and flashing around the chimney, they plugged any areas of concer, they installed new ridge ventilation to the entire house, and repaired seams of a flat roof extension. All work was matched to the existing structure. Work area was left in perfect condition. Workers were courteous and the job was completed quickly."

"I was a little disappointed in my experience this time (2nd time customer). I was mainly looking for cosmetic upgrades on my fireplace, which I wasn't sure if they did, but after seeing pictures of stone facing on their website, and calling and asking about it (which they said yes), I was glad because was happy with their work a couple years ago. Fast forward to appointment time, they arrived early and parked down the street so not to pressure meeting early (really liked the thoughtfulness). The appointment went fine, they inspected my chimney and pointed out area's of disrepair. We also talked about options to cosmetically upgrade my interior brick around fireplace. They said they would get back with some options (i.e. replace bad bricks, or applying stone facing). After waiting about a week I received an estimate for the actual chimney repairs, but not the cosmetic items. After asking about that quote, they responded it's not something they will handle. This was very disappointing because the whole reason for me to call and get them out there was for the cosmetic items which they said initially, and at the appointment, but then at the end said no... This was a waste of my time which would have lead me to give them D or F, but since they did a professional job on the inspection I'll compromise on the C overall."
