"I had a broken sliding patio door that I was struggling with trying to open & close! I am 62 yrs old, disabled & recently my position w/the Company I worked for after 11 years, eliminated the Department I worked in. I kept putting off this repair due to finances. Also, afraid that the door may be in such bad shape I would need a new one, which I really couldn't afford! Otto's Carpentry to the rescue! The door got so bad that I really could hardly open/close it so I needed to get it fixed! I went on Angie's & Chad immediately called me. I didn't even have to wait, he was here bright & early next day! If it was an emergency, he would even have come out that night,(and it was later p.m. already), if he had to! Being an older door, he set the expectation that it may not even be able to be fixed! Well, he worked his "magic" & the door is good as new! He even put a new handle on as the old was 1/2 broke right off & missing the lock! He made it so the blinds on the inside of the glass worked again AND he fixed a piece of the wood trim that was falling off(without me even asking)! I hadn't asked him to do that as I knew that would raise the price & I didn't have any extra $'s. Let me tell you...he is fair & affordable! He is a "old school" hard worker, works long hours & even weekends! He is knowledgeable & will do the job right...no short cuts here! I think he knows how to do just about anything & he will let you know if the repair is worth it, good or bad & the issues that could possibly arise! He is honest, real, down to earth & no BS! You can't find a harder, more dedicated or experienced worker! A+++ rating for Chad, I would trust him w/ any job I need done AND would highly recommend him to anyone! His crew, Sean and Nick, were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the job got done correctly. I mostly worked with Sean on multiple projects including, replacing kitchen sink, replacing bath faucet, various plumbing issues that existed in 50 year old house that had not been maintained, dry wall repair, interior painting, wall paper removal, cabinet removal and anything else that came up in relation to this work. "I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"We returned home from vacation to find cracks in drywall in two rooms. We had used Mudslingers in the past. Chris came over the next day and worked us into his schedule a couple of days later. The drywall was not loose or otherwise damaged. The crew mudded and taped then came back to sand and do final mudding. After it dried and was sanded they matched the texture and paint so well that it is impossible to see the repairs. They were courteous and professional at all times. They carefully moved furniture and put down plastic to protect floors and carpet. They even removed their shoes when entering the house to avoid tracking in snow and dirt. Everything was carefully cleaned up when they finished. Great job!

"They were great. I recently opened my new suite and needed flooring that wouldn’t ruin the base boards and the carpet. They did just that. They finished in a day and some hours. Also I needed them pretty last minute and he came asap and started working on the floors. It looks amazing. Highly recommend."
