"The entire experience went really well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and able to be set at a convenient time for me. Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Zach then proceeded to ask if I had any concerns or problems before beginning my plumbing inspection. He checked all of my pipes and drains as well as toilets and water heater. Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. "PRO: For installing an interior French drain, while it was pouring outside, the crew was extremely clean. Both my yard and interior of my house was left with only minor evidence of the work. PRO: The initial consultation with Phil Thistle was informative and provided me with piece of mind in terms of the project and projected outcome. It seemed as though we would have support throughout the project. PRO: Owen Dan Kelly is very dedicated to the quality of his company and the work they do. Once he found out about some of the concerns I had with the project, he remedied them immediately. I was very impressed with the attention he provides his customers. CON: Communication. Up to the install, I was in constant contact with the company about timing and expectations. However, as soon as the install began and then directly after, I was on my own. There seemed to be no one overseeing the install, just the crew doing the work. Also, there were miscommunications about the project throughout the install; the crew was asking me for direction on installation steps I have no background on. CON: Support. Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."

Air Temp Solutions did encounter a serious problem but did a great job in repairing the damage without highballing the service call cost. The job was expensive but professionally completed and fairly priced."

"It went well. Bob Steck the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive and won my trust immediately. I would give the job an A all around except for one disappointment. The crew, who were genial and polite, thought they were finished when I pointed out that no wall patching had been done even though it was in the contract. This brought on some grumbling which, though understandable, I did not appreciate. They patched the wall as required but I suspect they did this more hastily than they might have otherwise. When I came back I found that the clean-out valve, exit pipe, soil pipe and window sill were covered in cement splotches. This is an aesthetic quibble but it soured a job otherwise well-done. I think if they had taken just a little more time on the wall and to clean up, I would have been perfectly satisfied. It hasn't rained since the installation, but the French drain itself looks good to go. I would recommend them."
